Description of the provision: The contracting consists of the acquisition, in the form of a monthly subscription service, of a comprehensive computer software/application for the management of the customer service equipment and activities of Environmental Education of the Consortium of the Parcnatural of the Sierra de Collserola. Specifically, the objects of the contract is the service of a comprehensive technological system of reserves, collections and billing of the activities, sale of products, stock management, monitoring of employment and management of the spaces of the facilities and of ' Information and environmental education of the entity. It includes the hiring of a subscription to a program in cloud format the support and maintenance service of the solution during the period after its commissioning.
