“Subscription to Cloud-based Anti-Virus
Scanning Tool for APIs (CAVST) Solution for the Department of Budget and Management (DBM)”
1. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the Continuing Appropriations, FY 2024 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Subscription to Cloud-based Anti-Virus Scanning Tool for APIs (CAVST) Solution for the Department of Budget and Management (DBM)” (Project ID No. DBM-2025-55). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
