Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are paid by fixed prices. In application of articles L 2113-6 to L 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation is organized by the order group formed by the two buyers (Commune and CCAS de Chaponost), who will select a holder, with whom each will sign a contract and ensure its execution. This consultation includes the lots defined below: Lot 1: General liability (CPV: 6651 6400-4 / 6651 0000-8) Lot 2: Legal and functional protection (CPV: 6651 3100-0 / 6651 0000-8) Lot 3: Automobile fleet (communal only) and auto missions (CPV: 6651 4110-0 / 6651 0000-8) Each lot will itself consist of two parts: - The part 1 will be reserved for insurance services, - Part 2, for its part, will be reserved for management services
