Operation, system soup.+Maintenance of the Ges. Informatics System with 600 clients+around 280 printers in type. Stadtverw.des Kt.zurich with about 110 applications (including departmental applications) hosted in an RZ. Total responsibility for hosting, maintenance, operation (except Gde.-softw.abraxas and other Saas software) and system soup.2nd and 3rd level, Except enduser support of the specialist applications); M365 E3 according to SIK conditions with teams (not for telephony); For this incl.Onedrive, SharePoint, video call, data exchange+chat function. Setup of clients+monitors (rental model). Printer are also partially replaced (rental model). Keyboard, mouse, possibly headsets, are not part of this tender and are purchased separately. Delivery, installation and turnkey commissioning of all components with data transfer from the current system. The changeover takes place in two stages: 1.
