Tender Details

Exploitation, system support + Global computer system maintenance with 600 customers + approx. 280 printers in a typical city. Municipal administration of the canton of Zurich with approximately 110 applications (including the applications of the departments) hosted in a calculation center. Global responsibility for accommodation, maintenance, exploitation (with the exception of Abraxas municipal software and other SaaS software) and the 2nd and 3rd level system support, with the exception of the support for end users of applications Specialized); M365 E3 according to SIK conditions with Teams (not for telephony); But including OneDrive, SharePoint, Videocall, Data exchange+Chat function. Customer removal+monitors (rental model). The printers are also partially replaced (rental model). The keyboard, the mouse and, where applicable, the helmets are not part of this tender and will be purchased separately.
