The subject of the contract is the service of maintenance and warranty service of Wrocław School library system (hereinafter referred to as the "system") and tool software in the warranty period.
1. The subject of the contract is the service of maintenance and warranty service of the Wrocław school library system (hereinafter referred to as the "system") and tool software in the warranty period, including:
a) maintenance and warranty service,
b) technical support,
c) servicing applications,
d) free system update in case of publishing a new version - min. once a year (the service can be performed remotely by the contractor), if necessary immediate Update after detecting security faults,
e) access to new functionalities in each new version of the system,
f) online training from changes in the new version of the system for all operators, in the number of 3 trainings
(3 clock hours + breaks) during the contract, recording of training shared Ordering Party,
16 people (rooms are provided by the contracting authority) in the number of 15 training days (6 clock hours + breaks) during the contract, including:
h)- training for new operators
i)- thematic training: defects, correct work in the study, Marc21
j) implementation of the system in a new school + individual training in the institution, 3 facilities during the contract,
k) ensuring compliance of the system with universal law, in particular with ...
