1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN PESOS AND 73/100 ONLY (PhP499, 977.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUBGRADE AND BASE COURSE PREPARATION OF ACCESS ROAD LEADING TO SLAUGHTERHOUSE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for SUBGRADE AND BASE COURSE PREPARATION OF ACCESS ROAD LEADING TO SLAUGHTERHOUSE. Completion of the Works is required within 11 calendar days.
