Sub-concession for the installation, operation and maintenance of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (IRVE) in the car parks of Nice Côte d'Azur and Cannes-Mandelieu airports Installation, operation and maintenance of IRVE - Nice Côte d-Azur and Cannes-Mandelieu airports The Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur (ACA), concessionaire of Nice Côte d'Azur and Cannes-Mandelieu airports, intends to entrust to an economic operator, within the framework of a sub-concession contract, the financing, design, installation, the operation, maintenance and renewal of a fleet of charging stations for electric vehicles intended to equip the car parks located at the two airports in accordance with the regulations in force. The subconcession contract is entered into application of articles L. 1121-1 and L. 3120-1 of the Public Procurement Code, in accordance with the provisions of the third part of the said code relating to concessions. The sub-concessionaire will bear the risk linked to the operation of the service, its remuneration being substantially ensured by revenues collected from users.
