Tender Details

The proposed silviculture survey contract includes the collection of field data from approximately 120 sites (including remote/isolated units), for a total of 3, 320 ha. Sites are located throughout the full breadth of operating areas in the Boundary Business Area. Survey types include Free Growing and Survival/Stocking surveys. A small portion of the units may require multi-layered or layered even-aged survey methodologies. The complete list of surveys by type and geographic location can be found on the attached Schedule B-1.

In addition to data collection, the contract involves the submission of survey reports, updating BCTS- LRM database, and RESULTS submissions (including Free Growing declarations, Forest Cover information, and activity updates) by an appropriately qualified Forest Professional.
