The study, co-led by the commune of Courbevoie, the State and the EPF of Île-de-France, has the following objectives: Phase 1: The development of a diagnosis making it possible to identify land deposits (offices, business premises) that could constitute a potential for transformation into housing and the establishment of a strategy and a medium and long-term vision of the future of these real estate assets, in order to facilitate the emergence of such projects Phase 2: The establishment of transformation scenarios for each mutable asset retained at the end of the previous phase The consultation will result in a framework agreement at mixed prices with - A part treated at a global and fixed price for phase 1 - A part treated at unit prices on the basis of vouchers order for phase 2, in application of articles R.2162-2 paragraph 2 and R.2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 70, 000 euros excluding tax over the duration of the contract
