Predmetna usluga odnosi se na provedbu Studije o društvenim pokazateljima u ribarstvu Republike Hrvatske (dalje u tekstu: Studija). The study should investigate the state of key social indicators in fisheries and establish a methodology for their monitoring and evaluate the impact of fisheries management measures on the social aspects of fishermen and fishing communities and participants in aquaculture and fishery product processing. The subject research ensures the implementation of national obligations arising from the joint fisheries policy (ZRP). The study is conducted within the framework of the National Plan for data collection in the fisheries and aquaculture sectors of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2026-2027 (hereinafter: National Plan), and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017 on the establishment of a Union framework for the collection, use and management of data in the fisheries sector and support for scientific advice in relation to the common fisheries policy, and on the force of Council Regulation (EC) no. 199/2008 (hereinafter: Regulation (EU) 2017/1004) and Commission Delegated Decision (EU) 2021/1167 of April 27, 2021 on establishing a multi-annual Union program for the collection of biological, environmental, technical and socioeconomic data in the fisheries and aquaculture sector and for the management of these data for the period from 2022 (hereinafter: Commission Delegated Decision (EU) 2021/1167).
