2026/HFB/OP/157444 - 1 The object of the assignment is the study of the renovation of 2 sites in the village of Doel: the town hall and the parsonage. The parsonage consists of 2 buildings: a house and a carriage house. Both sites need a new destination according to the project definitions appended to this contract. The contractor will receive the most extensive assignment, including the environmental construction works in the private part around the buildings. Also the follow-up of the execution of the works up to and including the final delivery is provided for in the order. The assignment is explained in detail in Chapter 5 of this document, namely the technical regulations. Both sites have been abandoned for a long time and are in very poor condition. In the village are simultaneous Other construction projects are also planned or ongoing, so coordination between the different projects may be useful. Both sites are not on the list of protected heritage, but are on the inventory of architectural heritage. The local heritage manager is involved in the project and will advise during the study phase. The sites are not part of a protected villagescape, landscape or archaeological zone.
