Short description : The client wants offers for the delivery of a report related to the city`s growing need for services for an increasing number of children and young adults with greater disabilities such as developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and the like if the district drives a qualitatively good and cost-effective wayeWe want to answer if the profile we have on our services today, measures at different levels (action steps) and how our services are organized today, is appropriate for future needs in this area have an assessment of the district`s routines for intake to earnestene, if our overviews of future users can be improved and methodology for the development of the analysis work.We also want an analysis of the underlying factors for this increase and a comparison with other municipalities / districts.See otherwise SSA-O Appendix 1.
