Define the technical and functional requirements for the study, the manufacture and qualification of a set of three x radiographic axes x for the characterization of cryogenic targets to be installed in glove box (BaG) within the nuclear installation from the CEA center of Valduc.

Duration of the market is 2 years firm (24 months).

Study, manufacture and qualification of three x -ray axes x for the characterization of cryogenic targets

The services include:

1 - Studies:

• On the basis of the concept provides CAD by CEA, critical analysis and reappropriation

Complete of the study with taking into account the criteria defined in the following paragraphs and

the implantation study via 3D modeling (supply of files in format: STP,

Solidworks and PDF 3D),

• The verification of the non -missile character of integrated equipment (source, camera, camera, etc…) in

case of earthquake,

• Mechanical and radiological calculation notes as well as the calculation of the calorific power

surface (PCS),

• Electrical study and control -command.

2 - The supply of equipment:

• Antivibratory table to store the equipment

• The other materials which arenecessary for the proper functioning and the installation of

the equipment.

3 - The realization:

• The realization and the mechanical supply of the entire process and equipment in accordance with the plans validated by the CEA during the study phase,
