Integrity of the exterior wall, partitions interior, slab and landing as well as the foundations for the entire sector of staircase # 3 (presence of cracks in particular one on the staircase side of room C-237 behind the stairwell and another in room C-404 on the upper floor of the lean-to, presence of cracks in the partitions between rooms C-239 and C-341, sagging of staircase #3 and opening on the landing) Waterproofing of a curtain wall section of the main entrance to Block B;
