The purpose of the contract is to carry out a study on the exposure to flooding of public surface parking areas, carried out and led by the EPTB Vistre Vistrenque, project owner of the operation. This program is registered as action 1.9 of PAPI 3 Vistre (Flood Prevention Action Program) extending from 2022 to 2028 and signed on February 21, 2022. The aim of this study is the identification of public surface car parks, the mapping of hazards under 3 frequencies, then the classification of car parks above water or in flood zones with the aim of improving their management in times of crisis
