This consultation concerns the development of a transboundary water governance model. It is part of the URAMUGA cross-border European project co-financed by FEDER-POCTEFA in partnership with NILSA (Navarra), Servicios de Txingudi (Gipuzkoa) and 5 Navarrese municipalities. The market will be divided into 3 phases: - State of play of existing cooperation frameworks in the territory and benchmarking of other models in Europe - Consultation of stakeholders to identify needs and proposal of several governance framework scenarios - Validation and implementation of the governance framework (with drafting of official documents).
