Tender Details

The cities of Antwerp and Hasselt are implementing a Proof of Concept (PoC) for charging a correct fee for the electricity used on market/event squares. A system of smart electricity meters is installed. We would like to call on expertise for thisn that provides support throughout the entire project, specifically for the following assignments: - PHASE 1: carrying out an analysis of the "AS IS" processes; identifying needs and users; answer research questions; describe possible "TO BE" scenarios. This involves an Enterprise Architecture drawn up. Important components here are technical innovation, costs/benefits, scalability and formulating the ideal solution within the legal and technical context. - PHASE 2: based on the results of the study, provide input for the preparation of award criteria andtechnical provisions of specifications for carrying out the PoC. Evaluating the submitted quotations, providing guidance during the negotiation phase and drawing up a report on the inspection of the quotations. - PHASE 3: providing advice during project implementation and implementationof an interim evaluation of the Proof of Concept. - PHASE 4: evaluating the implementation of the PoC and drawing up a script for further rollout
