Tender Details

The purpose of the contract is to establish the technical, regulatory, financial and administrative modalities relating to the restoration of ecological continuity on 2 transverse structures of the Nonette in the commune of Gouvieux (Oise). The market is divided into a firm slice and 6 optional slices. - a firm phase which aims to define for each structure the best scenario(s) allowing the restoration of ecological continuity (fish and sediment) at the project stage definitive: - phase 1: Diagnostic - phase 2: Preliminary Project on two (or three) scenarios for each of the 4 thresholds the optional tranches from 1 to 6 will consist of: * Develop the scenario selected in the PRO phase (plans and detailed sizing, modalities specified, precise estimate....). Prepare the company consultation file (DCE), draw up the recruitment contract for the works company using the elements validated in the PRO phase; * Prepare possible law files on water and their monitored until validation by the state services of DDT 60. o Carry out project management of the works for the phases: Assistance in awarding Works Contracts (ACT) (without the DCE part already carried out), the execution study (EXE), Visa Study (VISA), Works Execution Department (DET), Reception Operation Assistance (AOR)
