The services relate to the completion of study services and expert surveys of experts on the public or private domain for the city of Vaucresson and the Sivu du Haras Lupine (buyers). Indeed, a group of orders was formed between the city and the Sivu of the Haras Lupine by agreement concluded on January 8, 2024. The city of Vaucresson is the coordinator of the order group and ensures the competition procedure, until market signing. Each member of the group is then in charge of the execution of the market.
