Detailed_Description : The Ministry is committed to the promotion of mental health and wellness for PSP in Ontario. As part of this commitment, the Ministry is working on implementing a cross-sectoral anti-stigma strategy (the “Strategy”). The Strategy will consist of seven (7) components that support the mobilization of knowledge, enhancement of mental health literacy, normalization of mental health challenges, fostering systemic culture change, and building leadership capacity. The long-term objective is for every PSP workplace to foster a supportive culture, increase awareness of the impact of mental health injuries on their employees, and promote a proactive approach to seeking help.
