Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to carry out a study that provides a comprehensive overview of the in-service training landscape in the social field in Estonia, including the provision, quality and use of in-service training and other learning events in work practice. During the study the compliance of the training courses with the competence needs of the field is analyzed and the main bottlenecks and development needs are identified. Based on the results, proposals are drawn up for a more systematic development of in-service training to support the quality of social services and professional development of employees.
