Services are paid by fixed prices. "This technical study must define the relative elements allowing the development of the future CCTP to overhaul the VIGIES. The scope will be as follows: - Technical feasibility study of interoperability between the 2 sites; - Coverage study; - Study of the need for integration of different equipment and future compatibility of the universes: Power supply, Video, Wind network, pass lights, radar (hardware), operating system (software), IT, video surveillance, VHF, etc. - Evaluation of the contribution of AI; - Study of the redundancy necessary for the continuity of operations in the event of an incident (robustness of the system); - Ergonomic study of operator stations; - Evaluation of necessary number of operator stations per STM; - Deployment strategy for the new system; - Equipment maintenance strategy;
