Tender Details

Details of the phasing of the operation appear in the specifications. Services are paid by fixed prices. The purpose of this contract is to produce a master plan for the banks of the Autonomous Port of Strasbourg. This study must provide the NOT a consolidated inventory of its banks, associated structures (riprap, embankments, concrete structures, stairs, etc.), as well as a prioritized and costed action program, making it possible to plan interventions in the short, medium and long term. The diagram director will constitute the technical and financial planning tool used by the PAS to guide a multi-annual investment program. The incumbent will provide technical expertise and play the role of project management assistant, in charge of diagnosis, needs analysis and formulation of recommendations
