Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of student transportation and other chartered services in accordance with the Basic Education Act of the city of Jarvenpaa for the contract period 01.08.2024 - 31.07.2026. The contract can be extended for two (1 1) separately decided option years 01.08.2026 - 31.07.2027 and 01.08.2027 - 31.07.2028

The service isdivided into the following sub-areas;

1) Transportation within the city of Jarvenpaa

2) Transportation to Norra Paipis school in Sipoo

3) Transportation to Helsinki

4) Transportation of students who require special attention in Jarvenpaa, including transportation to the hospital school and rehabilitation classesyou

5) Transportation of students requiring special attention in the surrounding area

6) Transportation of severely disabled students

7) Other temporary individual transportation, e.g. accidents

8) Excursion and study visit transportation

9) Early childhood education and pre-school education for those who need special support ortransportation of children with extended compulsory schooling

10) Business village transportation for 9th graders to Lahti (Isku factory premises)

11) Other order drives in the city of Jarvenpaa

Student transportation is carried out during school hours, according to the program of the school year, according to the schedule required by the curriculum. There are school days inin uode 190, which are confirmed every school year.
