This Request for Proposals is being issued by the San Francisco Department of Children, Youth & Their Families (DCYF). DCYF is seeking qualified suppliers to evaluate DCYF's implementation of the Student Success Fund. The evaluation will examine DCYF's grantmaking to school sites, provision of technical assistance and the systems-level partnership between DCYF and the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD). A contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation shall be non-exclusive with an original term of 3 years from July 1, 2026- June 30, 2029. The City at its sole, absolute discretion, shall have the option to extend the term for 2 additional years for a total of 5 years.
