Description : 1. The Las Piñas National High School Almanza, through the School's Additional Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) July 2026 intends to apply the One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (₱160, 000.00) being the Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Student-s ID Picture Taking and Procurement of School ID and Lace. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Completion period of the project must be within 7 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
3. The Las Piñas National High School Almanza now requests for quotation for the Student-s ID Picture Taking and Procurement of School ID and Lace. Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (R.A.) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
