This Request for Proposal is an invitation by BCNET to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Student Housing Mattresses, as further described in Part 2 - RFP Particulars. BCNET is a not-for-profit, shared services organization that represents the interest of our members - colleges, universities, and research institutes in British Columbia (“Members”).
