1.Installation of fire water tank and related fire protection system components;
2.Repiping works and replacement of defective piping and accessories;
3.Supply and installation of fire exit lights and emergency lighting systems;
4.Repair and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures and accessories;
5.Repair and/or replacement of electrical fixtures and accessories;
6.Repair and/or replacement of locksets, door hardware, and related components;
7.Repair and/or replacement of jalousie glass panels and accessories; and
8.Repair, restoration, and finishing of damaged floor surfaces and related components.
Note: The project shall be completed in accordance with the approved plans, technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
