This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and supplemented with additional information. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to request quotes. Written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated.
The Veterans Administration, Eugene Healthcare (HCC), 3355 Chad Drive, Eugene, Oregon requires a full-service contract to provide preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance for five Stryker Neptune 3 Rovers and two Stryker Neptune 2 Docking Stations. The period of performance for this requirement is 1 year with four one-year options. The anticipated start date of 8/1/2026.
