Construction of a new state-of-the-art hospital tower on the site of the Saint-Luc University Clinics (CuSL) in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Part 1: Realization of the Closed Major Work of the new hospitalization tower within a hospital in activity: residual earthworks, structures, facades, envelope. Part 2: Support for common site logistics for markets 110 and 120 (LOGCHAN): site installation, access management, base camp, logistics coordination and associated services. The Saint-Luc University Clinics have embarked on a vast project called HospitaCité, aiming to build a hospital tower at the forefront of the technology at their Woluwe-Saint-Lambert site. This publication aims to inform potential bidders of the arrival of the competitive bidding procedure for the project described below. This publication is not intended to shorten the deadlines for receiving offers but to advertise for information purposes. The date Estimated date of launch of said procedure is 04/09/2026.
