This is a sources sought notice for information only. This sources sought is for the purpose of conducting market research to provide data for planning purposes. The us department of state's office of international narcotics and law enforcement (inl) is seeking potential sources capable of a construction project for structural repair of four (4) buildings for counter-narcotic colombian national police (cnp) at tulua, colombia as follows:
there are three (3) lodging buildings and one (1) administrative building. The lodging buildings are two-story high, with a length of 28.57 m, a width of 9.85 m, and total height of 5.97 m above finished floor; the building's structural system is a reinforced concrete structure. The administrative building is one-story high with a total floor area of 145 m2; the building's structural system is structural masonry.
The project consists of structural repairs and seismic upgrades including but not limited to demolition, structural repair and finishes (floors, stucco, plaster and painting). The building process shall comply with the current standards of the colombian seismic resistance code (nsr standard, 10.)
