STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT WORK FOR THE REQUALIFICATION OF THE FORVILLE MARKET WITH CREATION OF A SLAB GARDEN - PHASE 2 Services are regulated by unit prices. A first phase of work enabled the completion of part of the structural interventions on the building. A first consultation led to the conclusion of an initial multi-lot works contract, including all the services necessary to carry out the operation (structure, footbridge, networks, architectural and landscaping arrangements). As part of the progress of the construction site and the adaptation of the operational organization of the work, the continuation of interventions relating to the structural reinforcement of the building is the subject of this contract specific, corresponding to the second part of the Building (phase 2). This contract concerns Phase 2 of the operation, which concerns the continuation and completion of the structural reinforcement work on the second part of the building necessary for the complete completion of the project. This work concerns in particular: - additional structural demolitions, - special foundations and underpinnings, - reinforcement of posts and beams, - as well as various adaptations structural elements necessary for the development of the roof garden. This phase concerns approximately the remaining 40% of the total surface area of ​​the hall, the other parts having already been the subject of interventions during the previous phases...
