Tender Details

Services are regulated by unit prices. A first phase of work enabled part of the structural interventions to be carried out on the building. A first consultation led to the conclusion of an initial works contract multi-lots, including all the services necessary to carry out the operation (structure, footbridge, networks, architectural and landscaping arrangements). As part of the progress of the construction site and the adaptation of the organization operational of the works, the continuation of the interventions relating to the structural reinforcement of the building is the subject of this specific contract, corresponding to the second part of the Building (phase 2). This contract concerns Phase 2 of the operation, which concerns the continuation and completion of the structural reinforcement work on the second part of the building necessary for the complete completion of the project. This work concerns in particular: - additional structural demolitions, - special foundations and underpinning, - reinforcement of posts and beams, - as well as various structural adaptations necessary for the development of the roof garden. This phase concerns approximately the remaining 40% of the surface total of the hall, the other parts having already been the subject of interventions during the previous phases.
