In accordance with Public Procurement Law No. 19, 886, the regulations, its modifications and its modernization, the Dr. Rafael Avaria Valenzuela Hospital of Curanilahue, through the Department of Supply and Logistics, invites bidders, natural persons or legal entities and Temporary Unions of Suppliers, to participate in the public tender to have an external Company, which provides goods or services, for the Curanilahue Hospital and the Health Service network, determining the minimum administrative requirements to participate in the proposal and guarantee with this same instrument the quality and delivery of the required service. The Administrative Bases, Annexes and all those contemplated in ID 2098-170-LP25, establish the conditions that will govern the Tender and the subsequent agreement that is celebrated to comply with this object.
