1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA, through the APPROVED BUDGET coming from MAYOR-S OFFICE under the OTHER MOOE (SB NO. 1 FY 2026) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for STRUCTURAL INVESTIGATION THROUGH NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING AND SEISMIC EVALUATION OF PASTRANA MUNICIPAL BUILDING with a PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NO. - BAC-CONS-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
