Site Investigation
• Perform Preliminary and Final Investigation for Structural Integrity and Assessment of the Building
• from Site Investigation, Select the Various Tests that are to be Performed to Determine the Causes of the Defects
. Conduct & Supervise the Various Tests on Site
Consultancy
• Attend All Meetings with the Telbu’S Representatives
• Attend All Meetings with the Telbru's Representatives
• Advise on Problems Encountered on Site Works
• Check and Sign off All Correspondence Leaving the Office
• Attend Meetings Whenever His Input is Required
• All Necessary Works Required to Produce the Reports
Report of the Final Investigation
Which would Comprise of the following but
Not Limited to:
• Investigation Report & Recommendation of Corrective Works
• Defective Photos
• Layout Plan Indicating the Locations of the Defective Areas
• Bills of Quantities
