Description : Invitation to Bid for Structural Enhancement and Expansion of R.C. Deck Facility at Port of Toledo, Cebu
1) The Cebu Port Authority, through the CPA Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Nine Million Three Hundred Eighty-One Thousand One Hundred Five and 48/100 (PhP 109, 381, 105.48) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Structural Enhancement and Expansion of R.C. Deck Facility at Port of Toledo, Cebu” with Project Identification Number 2026-06-IN (CO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for above Procurement Project with the work items given below. Completion of the Works is required within 360 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
