Tender Details

The city of Helsinki's urban environment department commissions structural design tasks and other expert work for the city's public construction projects and other purposes. The procurement is divided into five (5) sub-areas as follows: Subarea 1: Structural design services for basic improvement projects Section 2: Structural design services for new construction projects Sub-area 3: Small structural design services Sub-area 4: Structural design services for housing renovation projects Subarea 5: Structural design services for new construction projects in housing production You can submit an offer for one or more areas. Tasks include the tasks of a structural engineer, building physical planning, construction time and the building commissioning-related tasks as well as planning and expert tasks related to the promotion of low-carbon buildings and building materials and the circular economy in terms of structural design. A more detailed description of the tasks covered by the framework arrangement is presented in the service description (appendix 1) and other attached documents. On the basis of this procurement process, the suppliers are selected with whom the contracts for the provision of the aforementioned services will be concluded (framework agreement). Assignments are ordered on the basis of a percentage distribution according to overall economic affordability.
