A design contract based on the total price of structural design services will be concluded regarding the residential townhouse site to be planned for 1 plot in the Haukiputaa district of the city of Oulu, blocks 502 and 503. The scope of the entire project is 3, 893 k-m². Procurement concerns the structural design of the project (RAK). The structural design is carried out using data modeling in accordance with the content requirements stated in the request for tender. The object to be planned is a block of terraced houses. The buildings are two- and one-story. The apartments are being built Varke with an interest subsidy loan for new construction. Safe and material- and cost-effective solutions are required from the plans. Apartment planning must meet the guidelines and requirements of the State-supported Center for Housing Construction.
