Providing cleaning services and window cleaning for Sterk Regional Onderwijs (Udens College and Elde College) and Christiaan Huygens College.
The total floor area to be kept clean is approximately 76, 500 m2. The total number of m2 of window cleaning measured on both sides isapproximately 23, 000 m2.
Due to the expiring Agreements, the obligation to tender for the Assignment at European level, the efficient use of public funds and the wish of the Contracting Authority to work for the locations of Sterk Regional Onderwijs and Christiaan Huygens College from the Client perplot to conclude an Agreement with a Contractor, it has been decided to start this Tender Procedure and to launch the cleaning maintenance and window cleaning services on the market as of September 1, 2024.
