The Fine Market chain of stores announces a commercial tender for the purchase of stretch film, tape. • The customer considers commercial offers only submitted within the E-Tender platform. Suppliers who have submitted proposals in any other way will be entered into blacklist for all subsequent purchases. • The customer does not consider offers from counterparties of any form of ownership, which have final beneficiaries in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. • Only VAT payers are considered, accordingly, the price of the tender offer is submitted with VAT. • Tenders are carried out at the price of individual positions. According to the price criterion, the customer determines the winner based on the lowest price of the tender offer. Taking into account the terms of payment. Preference is given to offers with a delay.•Shipment is by agreement with by the customer, through the communication channel agreed with the customer.•Each of the participants will undergo internal qualification selection of the Customer, which will directly influence the decision-making.•Preference is given to manufacturers.•The Customer considers only the offers of counterparties that provide certificates and other necessary documents. • The purchase takes place in accordance with the standard contract of the Customer. • The supplier is obliged to replace the defect free of charge. • In case of sale of high-quality, appropriate goods, the purchase contract will be transferred to long-term cooperation. • Delivery of DDP (at the expense of the supplier: Kropyvnytskyi, Persha Vystavkova St. 37e) according to the address program. • Suppliers who did not fill out the RFI letter Appendix No. 2 will not be considered when choosing the winner. • The customer leaves it to itself the right to cancel the purchase, or to make a decision without providing explanations or comments.
