This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPOW) 5441 Babcock Road STE. 302 San Antonio Tx 78240 for the procurement of the Philips ST80i Stress Test System Unit. BRAND NAME ONLYBackground and Requirement: El Paso VA Medical Health Care System. The stress test monitoring system will replace the currently installed equipment. This equipment for proposed is the Stress test monitoring system. Will provide most recent algorithms in both ECG and Exercise testing system & protocols and OS W10-HL7 Compatible.This equipment must be able to perform the following functions. Treadmill for Stress Test unit must be capable of automatic programmable and manual inclines up to 22%; safety grips required on all cross bars/lateral bars. The exercise test system must be able to upload Blood Pressure and SpO2 readings in real-time to the ECG traces run per Stress Test Protocols. The Stress test unit/system must have interface connectivity to Cardiology Information Server and will connect to a Local Area Network (LAN) so physicians can review, edit, and print data remotely. SPECIFIC INSTRUMENT REQUIRED: Philips ST80i Stress Test System Unit must needs to function with the following.This is a dedicated cardiology information and image management system that allows clinicians to access, display, analyze, and archive patient information and cardiac studies.This system contains electronic patient records of modalities such as electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress and exercise testing protocols. It will manage information, images, or both. With required hardware and software components, designed to capture and store many forms of cardiovascular information and/or images and transfer this data quickly and easily throughout a healthcare facility; information may also be retrievable at remote locations, such as satellite web client.
