The specified quantities of work (Annex 4 of the conditions) are preliminary, they are not considered maximum and will be used only for comparison of offers. The recipient of the services does not undertake to purchase all of the specified items preliminary amount of services. During the performance of the contract, the preliminary quantities of purchased works may be reduced or increased according to the needs of the Contracting Authority. Works can be ordered for a maximum of EUR 150, 000.00 including VAT (or EUR 123, 966.94 excluding VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the works are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons the final amount payable by the Contracting Authority to the supplier will be without VAT). Bids exceeding this amount will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected. Purchase object in parts non-degradable.
