Contract description
The Action will support the Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina in
strengthening the capacity of the civil service with a goal of further professionalization of
the public procurement system in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Overall, the Action will contribute to the development and implementation of a sound and
efficient legal, institutional and operational foundation for the effective functioning of the
public procurement system in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in accordance with EU standards
and institutional models and practices.
