Strengthening of the processes of KY MOD S.A. in matters of scientific, technical and operational support The object of the contract is the provision of specialized services to strengthen the scientific, technical and operational support of MOD SA, with in order to effectively support the projects and actions undertaken by the company within the framework of its responsibilities. The recourse to the process of concluding a contract for the provision of services of external partners becomes necessary due to the increased and new tasks assigned to the company in combination with the fact that the bulk of these tasks require specialized knowledge, experience and know-how, which cannot be covered in time by the existing human resources, due to already increased workload and due to limited available human resources. The recourse to the provision of services through external partners is considered absolutely necessary in order to ensure, on the one hand, the provision of specialized services and to assistance is provided to cover the operational and administrative support needs of the company's processes and on the other hand the optimal utilization of available human resources, contributing to the orderly operation and the achievement of the company's goals.
