4.2.1. part 1 of the order: Delivery of a power generator. The order should include: 1) Power generator - 1 piece. In addition: the Contractor is obliged to deliver the equipment, in the scope and quantities indicated in the material and quantity statements, to the indicated location in the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. the Commune Office in Krzczonów, hereinafter referred to as UG. The delivered equipment must be brand new, unused, undamaged, free from physical and legal defects, free from third party rights and showing no signs of use. Equipment must comes from the manufacturer's official distribution channel for the European Union market and from mass production, taking into account the configuration options provided by the manufacturer for the offered model. It is unacceptable to offer prototype devices, stored for a long time, coming from the manufacturer's sales programs or included in the manufacturer's end-of-sale, end-of-support or end-of-life list. The contractor will provide equipment packaging appropriate to the type of device, protecting it against damage or deterioration during transport. The equipment must be marked in accordance with applicable regulations.
