4.2.1. part 1 of the order: Delivery of a power generator. The order should include the delivery and installation of: 1) Power generator - 1 piece. Moreover: The delivered equipment must be free from legal and physical defects and show no signs of use. Hardware and software provided they must be brand new (i.e. they must come from the manufacturer's official sales channel for the Polish market, come from mass production, taking into account the configuration options provided by the manufacturer for the offered hardware and software model. Prototype products are not allowed, devices stored for a long time or those coming from the manufacturer's sales programs are not allowed. The devices cannot be included in the manufacturer's end-of-sale, end-of-support or end-of-life list. Required quantity and the arrangement (outside the housing) of any ports cannot be achieved by using converters, adapters, etc., the use of any external adapters or converters is not allowed.
