For this reason, IFC is seeking a vendor to help design and deliver ToT program for business associations for Strengthening Croatian Business Associations as SME Training Providers. It is built directly on findings from IFC's April 2026 survey of 11 Croatian business associations, which confirmed strong institutional interest alongside capability gaps in trainer skills, curriculum design, digital delivery, and diagnostic tools (to be provided to interested vendors during RfP stage).This program aims to equip staff and leaders of Croatian business associations and chambers to become confident, capable providers of training services to SMEs. The program will combine six focused online learning weeks (one training per week) with a culminating one-day face-to-face workshop and certificate ceremony.
