Strategic Public Sector Transformation Project.
The Government of Jamaica (GOJ) has received loan financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) towards the cost of the Strategic Public Sector Transformation Project (SPSTPJ and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the consulting services. The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to strengthen public resource management and support selected public sector institutions in facilitating a more enabling environment for private sector growth.
The Business Analyst will decompose existing high level requirements into greater detailed requirements and document the processes involved in the management of Public Investment projects by the various Ministries. Departments. Agencies and Public Bodies. This will allow for the proper mapping of business to system rules during the implementation of the Public Investment Management Information System (PIMIS). The consultancy will have a duration of 12 months.
